Phone (Cisco) - How to forward your office phone

Press the Forward all softkey, from the office phone.

Enter the phone number to which all incoming calls will be forwarded to, with the preceding 8 +1 area code, +the number (818630000000) or press the Messages button if you are forwarding the calls to a Voicemail.

The phone will display the call forwarding destination.

Note: If forward is turned on and there are unheard voicemails, the white call forward icon with a red background is shown.

To Cancel Call Forwarding from the office phone, Press the Call Forward all softkey from the office phone.
