Run the steps for Edge settings first: Edge Settings for CAMS Enterprise Access

  • Navigate to Control Panel

  • Click Internet Options.

  • Click the General tab, then click Settings.

  • Click Security.

  • Click Trusted Sites, then click Sites.

  • Ensure the website https://cams.floridapoly.edu is listed in the box. If not, you will need to add the site. Click Close

  • Under the Security level for this zone section, drag and set the level to Low. Click Apply, then OK.

  • For these next steps, you must be a local administrator on your workstation or enter admin credentials when prompted

  • Click Install Crystal Report Viewer.
