Jira Service Desk - How to access the Customer Portal

  • Enter your Florida Poly email, then click Next

Log in to help center
  • Click Log in with single sign-on, then enter your Florida poly email address and password.

Follow the remainder steps to log in. You may also use the How to log into Microsoft Services if you need further instructions on logging in.

 

  • Once you’re logged in, you can select a Service Desk to create a ticket or view the number of requests you’ve created at the top right

  • Click the Requests drop down and then click Created by me or All

Requests created by me
  • From this page, you can view, filter, and search all the requests you’ve created
