Outlook – Access Email via Outlook on the Web

Summary

Outlook on the Web (formerly Outlook Web App) lets you access your Florida Poly email, calendar, and contacts from any web browser without installing the Outlook desktop app. It is available to all Florida Poly students, faculty, and staff.

How to Access Your Email

1. Open a web browser and go to outlook.office.com (or email.floridapoly.edu).

2. If prompted, sign in with your Florida Poly email address and password.

3. Complete MFA when prompted — approve the sign-in request via Microsoft Authenticator or your preferred authentication method.

4. If asked "Stay signed in?", choose your preference. Selecting Yes keeps you signed in on that browser.

5. You will be brought to your Outlook inbox.

Tips

• Bookmark outlook.office.com for quick access.

• For the best experience, use a modern browser such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.
