Problem

Adobe Acrobat won’t open files because there isn’t a valid license

You may see this window:

Solution

  • Click Sign In.

  • Click Sign in with an Enterprise ID.

  • Enter your FloridaPoly Email address

  • Wait for the redirect to load the sign-in window then enter your University credentials

Or:

  • Your Adobe Products are now activated!
