How to Lock your WebEx Meeting

Keep uninvited people from joining your meeting by locking it after you start it from the Webex App. If you don't lock your meeting, anyone who has the meeting link can join it. When you lock a meeting, you can see who's waiting to join and let individual people in, or let everyone in at once. This would be ideal for virtual office hours.
Click Start Meeting from the Cisco Webex meeting app
Connect your audio and camera as you normally do.
Click on the ellipsis in the Webex controls. Note that those controls can disappear. Click anywhere inside the meeting room and the controls will show back up.
Click Lock Meeting.
Click on the participates tool so you can see.
As people join you will go to the participants' panel, that you opened earlier, and click Admit to allow them to enter your Webex room. Note that you can allow one person at a time or multiple people at the same time.
The person joining will then be allowed to connect their audio and video, so there will be a slight delay in them being able to communicate with you.
