HP Interface with Papercut
Welcome to your new HP multifunction device.
This document provides step-by-step instructions for accessing your HP device for the first time through Papercut, along with the features available to you on the device panel.
Logging into Papercut to access the panel.
Your HP panel will display the Papercut login screen as the main screen each time. If your device is in sleep mode, simply touch the screen or press a button to wake it up.
Tap your ID badge on the card reader icon located at the front of the HP copier. Alternatively, you can login in with your username and password.
You are now logged in and your new screen will look like this, with options displayed for Print Release, Access Device and Scan.
Print Release
This feature will show your personal print jobs held in the queue. You will have the option to select all jobs or select specific jobs to be printed or deleted if needed.
Scan
This feature will allow you to send scans directly to your personal email with the option for OCR (searchable pdf).
