Password – Reset via Self-Service

Forgot your Florida Poly password? Here is a short guide on getting back into your account.

Step 1: Go to Self Service Password Reset Portal

Click the following link to be taken to our self-service password reset portal: https://passwordreset.floridapoly.edu/

Step 2: Enter your Email and the Captcha field

  • Enter your university email and fill out the captcha below:

Step 3: Follow prompts

You will now need to verify using 2 methods of authentication.

  • Click on “I forgot my password”, then “Next”:

If you do not have two or more MFA methods set up, you will get the error shown below after this point. Contact the Help Desk at (863) 874-8888 for assistance.

  • Verify using your first authentication method of choice:

  • Then, authenticate with a second method of choice:

  • Enter your new password:

After clicking “Finish”, your password is now successfully reset.
