Cisco Jabber- How to connect Jabber offsite without a VPN
These instruction are how based on a user working offsite, using Jabber, and not connected to the Florida Poly VPN.
Note: Some functionalities are lost when connecting off the VPN.
When the user is offsite or at home, open the Cisco Jabber application.
If you’re logged into Jabber, please sign out by clicking the gear, then clicking the sign out option at the bottom.
Enter your university email using .org NOT .edu
Enter your password and click Sign in.
