Webex (Windows)- How to create an invite and start a meeting in your personal room
Your Webex Personal Room is your own virtual conference space that you can use for meetings at any time. Your personal room host and attendee information never change.
Open your Cisco Webex meeting app from your computer desktop.
Click Schedule.
This will create a new meeting invite in your Outlook.
Click the Add Personal Room drop-down menu, then click add the personal room.
Complete filling out the meeting information: Attendees, Date/Time, etc. then click Send.
To start the meeting in your personal room. Re-open your Cisco Webex Meeting App.
You’ll see a list of upcoming meetings. If it’s time to join a scheduled meeting, click Start next to the desired meeting.
Choose your audio and video options. Then click connect audio and video.
Your meeting will now begin. You’ll notice that all the functionality of a normal meeting is available.
