Teams – Turn off Calling Notifications on Mobile
With the upcoming migration from Cisco/Jabber to Microsoft Teams, your direct phone number will route through Teams. If you have the Teams mobile app installed, incoming calls will also ring your mobile device. These instructions show how to disable incoming call notifications from Teams on your mobile phone while keeping other notifications (chat, mentions, meetings) active.
These settings disable notifications for all incoming Teams calls on this device — including calls from coworkers — not just calls to your direct number.
