How to update DUO on your new phone
The Duo Mobile app is a free smartphone and tablet application that syncs with your Florida Poly account to complete the authentication process.
- To download and install the Duo Mobile app on your device, visit your device’s application store and search for Duo Mobile. Look for the logo below to make sure you are downloading the correct app.
- Open a browser and go to https://www.myworkday.com/flpoly/d/home.htmld, sign in with your Florida Poly email.
- Click on Settings at the top right-hand corner.
- Click Add a new device
- Click Call Me and follow the instructions to authenticate.
- Click to select the type of the device you are adding, then click Continue.
- Enter the new phone number into the provided box, then click Continue.
- Click the type of phone you are using (iPhone, Android, Windows Phone, other.), then click Continue.
- Verify that the DUO mobile app is installed on your smartphone click I have Duo Mobile.
- Follow the instructions listed to scan the provided barcode, then click Continue
- Click Back to Login
