Instructions
- Go to support.floridapoly.edu
- Enter support key and click submit
- Click “yes” to continue connecting
- Open downloaded file
- Double-click the BOMGAR icon
- Security prompt will pop up, select ‘open anyway’
...
- Go to Settings > Security & Privacy > General
- Under “Allow apps download from:”
- Blocked app should appear, select ‘open anyway’
- OR change selected setting from ‘app store’ to ‘anywhere’
- Try rerunning or starting new session
- (Click on padlock icon in settings to modify the option)
