- If the VPN Client doesn’t prompt for credentials and continuously tries to connect, follow these steps:
- Navigate to “System Preferences” > “Security & Privacy” > “General” and click “Allow” if “Palo Alto Networks” Go to System Preferences.
- Click Security & Privacy.
- Click General if not already selected.
- Click Allow, if Palo Alto Networks was blocked from Loading.
