Troubleshooting Tips:

The reader is not responding: If the reader doesn’t respond to the student badge then the badge is not functioning properly and will have to be replaced by Auxiliary Services located in the Wellness Center. Have the professor record your attendance manually. If the reader is not responding to any badging attempts, please call the Technology Service desk at 863.874.8888.

Kiosk webpage is not populating: If the Kiosk web page is not displayed, tap the Home Button to refresh the page. If the problem persists, call the Technology Service desk at 863.874.8888.
