  • Open a web browser and go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup. If necessary, log in with your Florida Poly username and password.

  • Click next.

  • Click Mobile app from the drown arrow then follow the on-screen instruction.

  • Click Set up.

  • Go to your phone app store and install the Microsoft Authenticator.

  • Select Scan a QR code

  • Select OK to grant the Authenticator camera access.

  • Scan the QR code on the computer screen, then select Allow on your phone.

  • Click next from the computer and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Your phone should be all set to use the Microsoft Authenticator.
