This article will go over how to share your calendar with other users within the Floridapoly network.
Open Outlook if necessary, then click on Calendar.
Click Share then click Calendar.
Click Permissions.
Click Add.
Type the name of the user you want to share the calendar with, then click Add. Repeat this step if you need to add more than one user.
Click OK.
Click the user name you want to share permissions with, then select the type of permission you want to allow.
Click Apply.
Click OK.
These steps are to be completed by the user you are sharing the calendar with if the calendar is not already added to their Outlook. |
