Open a web browser and go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup. If necessary, log in with your Florida Poly username and password.

Click next.

Click Mobile app from the down arrow then follow the on-screen instruction.

Click Set up.

Go to your phone app store and install the Microsoft Authenticator.

Select Scan a QR code

Select OK to grant the Authenticator camera access.

Scan the QR code on the computer screen, then select Allow on your phone.

Click next from the computer and follow the on-screen instructions.

Your phone should be all set to use the Microsoft Authenticator.
