Update (macOS) - How to upgrade to Big Sur

Global Protect must be updated to version 5.2.2-4 before upgrading to the new macOS Big Sir.

  • Click the Global Protect, then click Settings.

  • Click About.

  • That will reveal the installed version (update from the Managed software center if the install version is lower)

  • Click the Launchpad.

  • Open Managed Software Center.

  • click Global Protect, then click update.

  • You are now ready to update to the macOS Big Sir.

  • Go to System Preferences, then click Software Update and follow the on-screen options to update.
