Webex (Windows) - How to schedule a Webex Personal Conference Call from Outlook

You can schedule a Personal Conference Call directly from Outlook, which allows you to collaborate remotely with coworkers and external users.

  • Open Outlook and under the Home tab, select the Schedule Meeting Dropdown.

  • The dropdown will appear. Now select the top Schedule Webex Meeting option.

  • Most people will only have one account created. If you have multiple accounts, you can choose which one you’d like to use for your meeting.

  • Once you choose your account, click OK

  • Fill in your meeting information.

  • Once you’ve filled out the meeting information, click Send.
