- Locate the folder or file you would like to share.
- Click Share
- Click the dropdown list to change the type of link. By default, Allow editing is turned on. If you want people to only view your files, uncheck the checkbox.
- Click Apply.
- Enter the names of the people you want to share with; you can send to multiple people at a time.
- Click Send.
