- If the VPN Client doesn’t prompt for credentials and continuously tries to connect, follow these steps:.
- Go to System Preferences.
- Click Security & Privacy.
- Click General if not already selected.
- Click Allow, if Palo Alto Networks was blocked from Loading.
- Close the VPN client if open and then launch the application again.
