  • If the VPN Client doesn’t prompt for credentials and continuously tries to connect, follow these steps:
  • Go to System Preferences.
  • Click Security & Privacy.
  • Click General if not already selected.
  • Click Allow, if Palo Alto Networks was blocked from Loading.
