Open outlook and login if you are not logged in already
Click File
Click the icon next to Automatic Replies (Out of Office)
On the screen that pops up, click the Send automatic replies radio button
If you wish to have automatic replies send only during a specified time range, click the Only send during this time range: checkbox and adjust the start and end times in the boxes below
You can specify different messages and options for Inside My Organization and Outside My Organization in the specified tabs
You can also add rules, similar to inbox rules, for sending automatic replies by clicking the Rules… button at the bottom
click Add Rule…
Choose the tags you wish for handling automatic replies and click OK
