What is an Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)?
This article will show you how to request administrator permissions to run or download software to your university-owned device.
Before we begin
If this is your first time using this feature check if the software is installed on the device.
Click on the arrow in the Windows Taskbar, at the bottom right corner of your computer screen, and contact the help desk if CyberArk is not installed on your device.
Find the application want to run as an administrator.
Hover over the application then right-click and select run as administrator.
Click OK.
Click OK, then enter your FloridaPoly NetID and password.
Once verified, the program will open with admin rights.
You are now ready to use the application with administrator privileges.
