    What is an Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)?

     

    This article will show you how to request administrator permissions to run or download software to your university-owned device.

    Before we begin

    • If this is your first time using this feature check if the software is installed on the device.

    • Click on the arrow in the Windows Taskbar, at the bottom right corner of your computer screen, and locate the CyberArk EPM icon.

    • Contact the help desk if CyberArk is not installed on your device.

    Elevating an application

    • Find the application want to run as an administrator.

    • Hover over the application then right-click and select run as administrator.

    1. Click OK.

    2. Click OK, then enter your FloridaPoly NetID and password.

    • Once verified, the program will open with admin rights.

    • You are now ready to use the application with administrator privileges.
