To start the room touch Power On. When you are finished for the day touch Power Off.
Please note that Projector 1 is the left projector when you are facing the board.
Once the projector is fully “On” the sources will appear. Touch the source you would like to use. By Default the source you select will be duplicated on both projectors.
PC – Local PC that is on the side of the lectern.
Laptop HDMI & Laptop – The HDMI and VGA are located on the side of the lectern in a black metal box. These are for your laptop.
BYOD – This is our wireless mirroring device. Please note you must be on Poly_Secure to mirror.
AppleTV – A menu will appear for you to control the Apple TV. Or you can use AirPlay to mirror.
Audio Controls
Mic Controls the levels of the lavalier in the room. Touch the speaker icon to mute
Program Controls the source volume in the room. Touch the speaker icon to mute.
Picture Mute – Mutes the image of that projector, without turning off the projector.
If you touch Picture Mute and hold for 3-5 seconds it will turn off that projector. Please use this feature if you plan to only use one projector for your class. This will increase the life of the laser projectors. Thank you!
