How to Update A New Device on Microsoft Authenticator

Open a web browser and go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/. If necessary, log in with your Florida Poly username and password.
Click next, then complete the Microsoft form factor verification (MFA).
Click I can’t use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now if the push is your default method, then pick one of the other available options.
Click Security info.
Click Add method.
Click the verification of your choice.
Click Add.
Follow the message on the screen to download the app to your phone if you do not have it, then click next
Go to your phone app store and install the Microsoft Authenticator.
Select Scan a QR code
Select OK to grant the Authenticator camera access.
Scan the QR code on the computer screen, then select Allow on your phone.
Click next from the computer and follow the on-screen instructions.
Your phone should be all set to use the Microsoft Authenticator.
