To share a file with specific people

From within the sharing window...

1. Set sharing permissions:
   1. Click the permissions menu at the top.
   2. Select 'Specific people'.
   3. (If you don't want recipients to be able to edit your file, uncheck 'Allow editing'.)
   4. Click 'Apply'.
2. Then add the people you want to share the file with:
   1. Begin typing to search our campus directory...
   2. Select the person you intend.
   3. Repeat to add more people.
3. Click 'Send'.
