This will go over the process to enable Webex meetings for you Microsoft teams class.
In the Microsoft team you wish to enable Webex click on the + icon at the top.
If Cisco Webex Meetings is not one of the choices you can search for it in the search bar. Click on Cisco Webex Meetings, click add, and then click Save.
Click Add
Click Save
Please note: There will be an error at the top of the Webex tab. this is normal.
Now click on the Posts tab.
In the Start a new conversation box start type @Cisco Webex Meeting. By the second or third letter Cisco Webex meetings should appear.
Click on it and click the space bar so it looks like the image below.
Then type site floridapoly.webex.com and click enter.
You should get a message back that says your team’s Webex site to floridapoly.webex.com.
Now you can click on the Webex tab, and everything should look normal.
