Password Reset Guide for Staff

  1. If you are on campus or at PSC

    1. Press Ctrl + Alt + delete key on your keyboard

    2. Click change password

  2. Click on your computer start menu

    1. Type office, click to open it.

 

  1. Sign in with your Florida Poly email and new password

  2. Close outlook if it was already open

  3. Open outlook from the office page

  4. Be sure to update the password on any other devices, phone, tablet, etc. you access the Florida Poly account on.

  5. If you are off-campus please follow the link below to reset the password then skip to steps 2 from above.
