Jabber - How to Reset Cisco Jabber

This action will reset the existing account settings and preferences from the Jabber client.

  • Sign out of Jabber if you are currently signed in.

  • Click Reset Jabber.

  • Click Reset.

  • Enter your Floridapoly email in this format (example@floridapoly.org).

  • Enter your FloridaPoly NetID and Password, then click Login.

  • Once completed you will be re-routed to login with your FloridaPoly NetID and Password.

 

  • Complete DUO if necessary, you should be all set to use Jabber.

  • Click Continue if prompted for the certificate validation.
