Connect to the VPN Global Protect, log in with your Florida Poly username and password.
Open a web browser and go to the Self-Care portal, ccc-ucm-01.floridapoly.org/ucmuser on your browser.
Log in with your Florida Poly username and password.

Click on Call Forwarding on the left menu.

Click Forward all calls to, then click the drop-down arrow.
Click on Add a new number.

Enter the number you wish (example format, 81868739015) to forward all calls to.

Click Save.
Your office phone is now forwarded.
