Phone (Cisco) – Forward Your Office Phone (Web App)

  • Connect to the VPN Global Protect, and log in with your Florida Poly username and password.

  • Open a web browser and go to the Self-Care portal, ccc-ucm-01.floridapoly.org/ on your browser.

  • Log in with your Florida Poly username and password.

  • Click on Call Forwarding on the left menu.

  • Click Forward all calls to, then click the drop-down arrow.

  • Click on Add a new number.

  • Enter the number you wish (example format, 81868739015) to forward all calls to.

  • Click Save.

  • Your office phone is now forwarded.
