Webex - How to Share Content

These instructions are to show users how to share content within a Webex meeting.

  • Click the Folder icon.

The top Screen option allows attendees to view all applications you sharing on the desktop.

Click Screen 1, Screen 2 or click a specific application by following the next step.

  • The Individual applications option allows the host to keep all other applications private.

  • Click on the specific application you want to share.
